右から〇番目、左から〇番目
「右から〇番目」は英語で「〇 from the right」と表現できます。たとえば、「右から３番目」は「third (one) from the right」、「右から５番目」は「fifth (one) from the right」です。
また、「左から〇番目」は英語で「〇 from the left」と表現できます。たとえば、「左から２番目」は「second (one) from the left」、「左から４番目」は「fourth (one) from the left」です。
